Service Description
Moving out? Let us take the stress out of your final clean. Our comprehensive vacate clean is designed to meet tenancy requirements and leave the property spotless for inspections. Included in a standard vacate clean: Living Areas & Bedrooms: Dusting of surfaces, skirting boards, window sills, ceiling corners and light fittings; vacuuming carpets and rugs; sweeping and mopping hard floors. Kitchen: Cleaning and degreasing of benches, sinks, splashbacks, cupboards (exterior), stove top, oven (interior and exterior optional), rangehood, microwave (inside & out), and floors. Bathrooms & Toilets: Scrubbing sinks, toilets, showers, baths, tiles, mirrors, and floors. Additional Tasks: Wipe down doors, handles, and light switches; empty bins; remove cobwebs; spot clean walls (where possible). Optional Add-ons: Interior windows, exterior widows, fridge/freezer, and other customized tasks to meet your lease requirements. Cancellation Policy
Kindly Clean. Co: Service Agreement To provide the best possible service to all my clients in the Berwick area, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and access policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling * 48 Hours or More Notice: No fee. I am happy to reschedule your clean to the next available opening. * 24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% service fee will be charged to cover the lost block of time. * Less than 24 Hours (or Same Day): The full service fee (100%) will be charged. 2. Access & Lock-Outs If I arrive for a scheduled booking and cannot access the property (e.g., the key is missing or the alarm is set), I will wait for 20 minutes while trying to contact you. After this time, it will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and the full fee will apply. 3. Payment Terms * Payment is required on the day of service via Bank Transfer or Cash. * For first-time deep cleans, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
