Our maintenance clean covers all the essentials to make your home feel fresh and cared for: Dusting and vacuuming of living areas and bedrooms Wiping down surfaces, mirrors, and glass Kitchen cleaning – benches, sinks, appliances, floors Bathroom cleaning – sinks, toilets, showers, floors Emptying bins and tidying up Eco-friendly products available on request We can tailor the clean to your home and priorities — just let us know what matters most! Cancellation Policy
Kindly Clean. Co: Service Agreement To provide the best possible service to all my clients in the Berwick area, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and access policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling * 48 Hours or More Notice: No fee. I am happy to reschedule your clean to the next available opening. * 24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% service fee will be charged to cover the lost block of time. * Less than 24 Hours (or Same Day): The full service fee (100%) will be charged. 2. Access & Lock-Outs If I arrive for a scheduled booking and cannot access the property (e.g., the key is missing or the alarm is set), I will wait for 20 minutes while trying to contact you. After this time, it will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and the full fee will apply. 3. Payment Terms * Payment is required on the day of service via Bank Transfer or Cash. * For first-time deep cleans, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
