Service Description
Our regular cleaning service is designed to keep your home consistently clean, comfortable and easy to maintain. With scheduled weekly or fortnightly visits, we focus on the areas that matter most, so your home always feels fresh without the stress. Each visit includes dusting and vacuuming living areas and bedrooms, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, wiping surfaces and mirrors, mopping floors, and general tidying. Over time, regular cleaning allows us to maintain a high standard and tailor the service to suit your home and preferences. Eco-friendly cleaning products are available on request, and all regular cleans are customized to fit your lifestyle. If you wish to add on any extras such as an oven clean, internal fridge etc. please let us know.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly Clean. Co: Service Agreement To provide the best possible service to all my clients in the Berwick area, I kindly ask that you review my cancellation and access policy: 1. Cancellation & Rescheduling * 48 Hours or More Notice: No fee. I am happy to reschedule your clean to the next available opening. * 24–48 Hours Notice: A 50% service fee will be charged to cover the lost block of time. * Less than 24 Hours (or Same Day): The full service fee (100%) will be charged. 2. Access & Lock-Outs If I arrive for a scheduled booking and cannot access the property (e.g., the key is missing or the alarm is set), I will wait for 20 minutes while trying to contact you. After this time, it will be considered a "Late Cancellation" and the full fee will apply. 3. Payment Terms * Payment is required on the day of service via Bank Transfer or Cash. * For first-time deep cleans, a small deposit may be required to secure your booking.
